Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

At Empire Jewellery, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Each piece is made with care, and we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains our guidelines for returns, exchanges, cancellations, and repairs.
By purchasing from EmpireJeweller.com or any of our physical stores, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Exchanges and Store Credit

We accept items for exchange or store credit within 14 days of the original purchase.

Items must be returned in their original, unworn, undamaged, and unaltered condition with all packaging, certificates, and the original sales receipt.

Exchanges and store credits will not be permitted after 14 days.

Refunds in cash or to your original payment method are not offered. Store credits are valid for 14 days from issuance.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for exchange or credit unless they are defective:

Customized or special-order items.

Pre-ordered or made-to-order products.
-
Items that have been altered, resized, or repaired by a third party.

Used, damaged, or worn jewelry.
3. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled by the customer within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

Empire Jewellery reserves the right to cancel any order within 7 days of purchase if:

The product is not available in inventory, or
-
We are unable to manufacture the item due to unforeseen circumstances.

In such cases, you will be notified promptly, and any payment made will be refunded in full.
4. Shipping & Returns

Customer Responsibility: The cost of shipping items back to us for exchange is covered by the customer.

Our Responsibility: Shipping of the replacement item back to you will be covered by Empire Jewellery.

Returns must be arranged through our Customer Care team before shipping. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
5. Shipping & Delivery

Bahrain Deliveries: Same-day or next working-day delivery (Sunday–Thursday). Free of charge.

International Orders:

Delivery within 2–3 weeks.

Free shipping on orders over USD 500.
-
Orders under USD 500 are subject to a USD 50 shipping fee.

Customs duties, taxes, or additional charges imposed by your country are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Repair Policy
If you experience a problem with your jewelry:

Please bring the item to any Empire Jewellery store in Bahrain, or contact our Customer Care team.

Repairs will be arranged as quickly as possible.

Warranty and repair eligibility depend on the condition and nature of the damage.
7. Accounts and Purchases
When creating an account or making a purchase, you agree that:

The information you provide is accurate and up-to-date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Empire Jewellery reserves the right to refuse service, suspend accounts, or cancel orders if inaccurate, incomplete, or fraudulent information is provided.
8. Pricing Policy

Prices are displayed in Bahraini Dinar (BHD) and US Dollars (USD) and are inclusive of 10% VAT.

Additional customs duties or import fees (where applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

Product prices may change at any time due to currency fluctuations, supplier adjustments, or seasonal markdowns.

Once an order is confirmed, the price at the time of purchase will be honored.
